Independent groups are throwing bricks at Obama:

Not that the McCain campaign is only playing it for laughs, mind you. According to Marc Ambinder, the Republican nominee’s campaign will soon release an ad hitting the Harbinger of Hope, Change, and Waffles’ association with convicted felon Tony Rezko, who helped the Obamas buy their house in a shady transaction. No doubt these are retaliations for Obama’s attempts to smear McCain with false accusations of ties to convicted lobbyist Jack Abramoff and an utterly stupid attempt to paint McCain as a wealthy elitist based on the number of houses he has.

I said it before: Obama doesn’t want to go there. He’s in a glass house and, by attempting to smear McCain’s character, the Prophet Barack is handing his opponent some very big stones.
