As sure as the sun rises in the East, the New York Times has put out an almost Orwellian editorial disguised as an analysis, blaming George Bush for the financial crisis. Hello? Are we forgetting a few things and people, such as the Community Redevelopment Act, Andrew Cuomo, Christopher Dodd, Barney Frank, Franklin Raines, and so many other Democrats who were much more closely involved? Let’s give the Times and journalists Becker, Stolberg, and Labaton a history lesson, shall we?
